About Us
South Central Health Services is dedicated to helping seniors on fixed incomes in Warren County and the surrounding South Central Kentucky region access the benefits and assistance they may be eligible for. We help older adults navigate programs for food, utility, and housing assistance, as well as Medicaid applications, Medicare Part D, and the federal Low Income Subsidy (Extra Help) program to reduce prescription drug costs. We also partner with the Kentucky Prescription Drug Assistance Program and work to connect clients with outside grants for medications, cancer care, and other needs based on individual circumstances. We primarily serve adults 64 and older in South Central Kentucky, and also accept clients from neighboring Tennessee communities and other Kentucky counties on a case by case basis.
